Facilities/ Event Coordinator
Church of the Holy Spirit is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Facilities/ Event Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling of all meeting room needs, including the parish halls, cafeterias, school gym and the West Ave. Sport Complex fields. Other responsibilities include the presenting, scheduling and contracting of the parish halls and other venues for rentals; scheduling of facility safety and security system inspections and other duties as assigned.
The Candidate should preferably be a person of faith and prayer, actively participating in Roman Catholic worship; previous event coordination experience required; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; computer skill proficiency; ability to plan, organize and execute efficient plans; Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.
