“The mission of the LOVESTRONG Marriage Ministry is to support, strengthen, and nurture the Christ-centered bond between married couples in our parish and community.”
All Retreat Couples must commit to attending the entire 3-day weekend’s activities.
The Lovestrong Retreat is not an overnight retreat weekend. All couples participate in the program beginning on Friday evening, Saturday morning – evening and Sunday morning – afternoon, but they return to their homes on both Friday and Saturday night.
We are limited as to the number of couples we can accommodate, and the availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration cost covers dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. It will also cover all retreat materials.
You are cordially invited to join us for the next Holy Spirit LOVESTRONG Marriage Retreats scheduled for Sep. 17-19, 2021 [English] and Oct. 15-17, 2021 [Spanish].

We, the Catholic Community of Holy Spirit Parish, as Christians are called to become: a Faith Community celebrating the sacraments and worshiping together; a Growing Community preaching, teaching and learning the message of Jesus Christ; a Serving Community called by Jesus to act upon his message by identifying and responding to the needs of God’s people; a Supportive Community assisting Christians to be living witnesses to the world according to the example of Jesus, so that the Kingdom of God may be brought about the world.
A.C.T.S. is a Catholic renewal movement and a retreat experience that is administered by parishioners for parishioners, offering weekends for spiritual growth. Talks and activities during the retreat sessions focus on Adoration, Community, Theology and Service, hence the acronym A.C.T.S. You will return to your faith community with an increased desire to become more involved in your relationship with God, your relationship with your family, and your relationship with your community. Each year our parish ACTS community sponsors retreats for men and women in both English and Spanish, as well as a summer retreat for teens. Holy Spirit ACTS community also offers an ACTS II retreat for those who have attended the ACTS retreat. For additional information, click on the Holy Spirit ACTS webpage icon/link below:
